Terms & Conditions — xx444 Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and xx444 ("xx444," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the xx444 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at xx444.bio and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

• Registering more than one (1) xx444 account per individual.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with any feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion that may affect the outcome of any event on which bets are accepted.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any proprietary content, software, or data from the xx444 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xx444 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xx444 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings as a result of Platform downtime, technical failure, or game malfunction.
• Unauthorised access to your xx444 account as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

Your continued use of the xx444 Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated agreement.
